Job summary

JBT Marel Corporation in Wisconsin is seeking a warehouse associate to handle receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping with meticulous inventory control. You will work with forklifts and packing materials to ensure accurate order fulfillment.

You’ll join a safety‑minded team, adapt to fast‑paced priorities, and support daily warehouse operations while maintaining organized, clean, and efficient workflows across the facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift and other warehouse equipment operation (certification preferred).
• Basic computer skills for inventory systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to priorities.
• Must stand, walk, bend and stoop for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and report discrepancies or damages.
• Unload and load trucks using forklift, pallet jack, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Organize and store inventory with proper labeling and accessibility.
• Pick and stage orders according to pick lists with accuracy and timeliness.
• Pack items securely for shipment with appropriate materials to prevent damage.
• Prepare shipping documents including labels, packing slips, and bills of lading.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with reconciliation processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment safely and responsibly.
• Adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by the supervisor.
