Our client, a leading corrugated packaging manufacturer, is seeking a Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the Production and Operations teams. Job Title: Bander/Unitizer

Pay Range:
19.69-20.69 depending on shift
What's the Job?
- Read and interpret load tags to determine proper strapping patterns for finished units.
- Apply top sheets, strapping, stretch wrap, and dunnage to units according to specifications.
- Monitor conveyor systems and make adjustments to ensure smooth product movement.
- Perform minor maintenance on bander heads and replace banding spools and stretch wrap coils as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area by removing scrap materials and assisting with housekeeping tasks.
- Move pallets and support production operations as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support manufacturing operations.
What's Needed?
- Ability to read, write, and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and operating manuals.
- Strong mathematical skills, including fractions, ratios, rulers, and decimals.
- Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail, including good color perception.
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, twist, squat, kneel, climb steps, and work in varying temperatures.
- Strong communication, teamwork, attendance, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and flex schedules as production demands require.
- Manufacturing experience and/or related training preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
