Job summary

Alliance Door Products is hiring a warehouse associate in Ferndale, WA to help move products through receiving, storage, picking, packing, and loading for shipment. You will work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with overtime as needed, and contribute to safe, efficient warehouse operations.

The role requires proven warehouse experience and a minimum of 2 years LP forklift experience, ability to lift up to 70 pounds regularly, and the stamina to stand 8–9 hours daily.

• Follow standard processes and procedures.
• Contribute ideas to improve warehousing procedures.
• Perform duties safely according to safety standards and OSH.
• Other warehouse tasks as assigned by supervisor.

ROLE:

T his position drives the flow of product through the warehouse by receiving and storing new inventory and by picking, packaging, loading, and staging doors and related products. Responsibilities include distributing product throughout the facility and assisting with the preparation and loading of vans and containers for shipment. The role also encompasses picking and filling shelf items and organizing and retrieving stock in a safe and productive manner. Work is performed in a team environment focused on meeting daily goals while maintaining efficient, safe techniques.

HOURS:

Monday - Friday - 7:00 AM-3:30 PM; overtime as needed.

WAGE:

$ 21.00- $24.00/ Hour - DOE.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Organize stock and maintain inventory.
• Inspect products for defects, damages, and specification accuracy.
• Report all discrepancies/damage to relevant parties.

• Perform all duties safely, in accordance with our safety standards and OSH
• Other administrative or warehouse-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

CORE SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dependable and reliable with a positive and willing attitude
• Hardworking, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Able to read and follow instructions; successfully manage workflow to meet shipping deadlines.
• Proven warehouse experience.
• Minimum 2 years of prior LP forklift experience.
• Preferred experience in the construction or building materials industry, and experience loading and packaging palletized freight.
• Ability to stand (8-9 hrs per day), walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Able to regularly lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds, occasionally lift items up to 70 pounds.
• Able to participate in team lifts for objects between 70 and 150 pounds and maneuver items weighing up to 150 pounds.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Starting at $21.00- $24.00/ Hour - DOE.
