Job summary

Alliance Door Products is seeking a warehouse associate to drive product flow by receiving and storing inventory, picking, packaging, and loading doors and related products. You will help prepare vans/containers for shipment and organize stock to meet daily goals in a team setting committed to safety and efficiency.

The role requires 2+ years of warehouse experience, LP forklift experience, and physical stamina to handle loads up to 150 pounds with teamwork.

Qualifications

• Dependable and reliable with a positive and willing attitude.
• Hardworking, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Able to read and follow instructions; manage workflow to meet shipping deadlines.
• Proven warehouse experience.
• Minimum 2 years of LP forklift experience.
• Preferred experience in the construction or building materials industry, and experience loading and packaging palletized freight.
• Ability to stand 8-9 hrs per day, walk, climb, balance, stoop, knee, crouch, or crawl.
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly, up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Team lifts for 70–150 lbs and maneuvering up to 150 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Organize stock and maintain inventory.
• Inspect products for defects and damages.
• Report discrepancies or damage to relevant parties.
• Load and unload dry vans and ocean containers.
• Verify inbound and outbound loads for quality and quantities.
• Follow standard processes and procedures.
• Contribute ideas to improve warehousing procedures.
• Perform duties safely per safety standards and OSH.
