Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (certification a plus).
• Physically able to lift and move heavy items, with a focus on safety.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and unload shipments; check accuracy and damage.
• Sort, label, and store products in designated locations.
• Pick and pack customer orders with speed and accuracy.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory with stock counts and adjustments.
• Conduct cycle counts and support audits.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily goals and shipping deadlines.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE as required.
• Take on additional tasks as directed by supervision.

What You'll Do

• Maintain accurate inventory by recording stock levels and adjustments.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
• Collaborate with your team to meet daily goals and shipping deadlines.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear PPE as required.
• Take on additional tasks as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor or General Manager.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (certification is a plus!).
• Physically able to lift and move heavy items.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills and a team-player mindset.
