Soccer Shots - SouthEast Mass in Wareham, MA is seeking a Full Time Children's Soccer Coach to inspire young players through energetic, age-appropriate sessions while upholding Soccer Shots' curriculum and values.

You'll deliver safe, fun coaching across SE Massachusetts locations, coordinate with parents, and support program growth with flexible scheduling including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children; great with young athletes.
• Experience in soccer coaching or youth sports is preferred.
• Excellent communication with kids and parents.
• Reliable transportation to travel to program sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate soccer sessions in a safe, engaging environment.
• Lead drills, games, and skill-building activities to promote development.
• Communicate with parents about player progress and updates.
• Maintain a positive, high-energy atmosphere during sessions.
• Set up/break down equipment at SE Massachusetts locations.
• Uphold Soccer Shots curriculum, values, and coaching standards.
• Adapt coaching to diverse ages and skill levels.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate soccer coaching sessions for children in a safe and engaging environment
• Lead youth soccer drills, games, and skill-building activities that promote physical development and teamwork
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding player progress and program updates
• Maintain a positive, encouraging, and high-energy atmosphere during all sessions
• Set up and break down equipment at various program locations throughout the SE Massachusetts area
• Uphold Soccer Shots' curriculum, values, and coaching standards at all times
• Adapt coaching techniques to meet the needs of diverse age groups and skill levels

Requirements

• Passion for working with children and a natural ability to connect with young athletes
• Prior experience in soccer coaching, youth sports instruction, or child development preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both kids and parents
• Reliable transportation to travel to program sites across the SE Massachusetts region
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Background check required
