Soccer Shots - SouthEast Mass is seeking a Full Time Children's Soccer Coach to join our Wareham, MA team. The role blends coaching kids with a passion for youth development in a fun, energetic setting.

You will plan sessions, lead drills, communicate with parents, and help maintain a high-quality program across SE Massachusetts. A CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain is required, with reliability and transportation to locations across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in soccer coaching or youth sports preferred.
• Strong communication with kids and parents.
• Ability to transport to program sites across SE Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate soccer coaching sessions for children in a safe and engaging environment.
• Lead youth soccer drills, games, and skill-building activities that promote physical development and teamwork.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding player progress and program updates.
• Maintain a positive, encouraging, and high-energy atmosphere during all sessions.
• Set up and break down equipment at various program locations throughout the SE Massachusetts area.
• Uphold Soccer Shots' curriculum, values, and coaching standards at all times.
• Adapt coaching techniques to meet the needs of diverse age groups and skill levels.

• Reliable transportation to travel to program sites across the SE Massachusetts region
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Background check required
