The Bureau of Prisons/Federal Prison System is seeking corrections professionals who foster a humane and secure environment and ensure public safety by preparing individuals for successful reentry into our communities.In this role you will receive all visitors and calls to the Warden, screen them to determine who requires the Warden's attention, and assist in routing matters to the appropriate department, while contributing to the ongoing security of the institution.

Responsibilities

• Receives all visitors and incoming calls to the Warden, screens callers and visitors to determine those requiring the Warden's attention and referring others to the appropriate department.
• Obtains and provides background information through electronic communication or Bureau of Prisons policy to assist in handling those calls that require the Warden's attention.
• Along with all other correctional institution employees, incumbent is charged with responsibility for maintaining security of the institution.
