Provide CIC seeks a Ward Manager to lead a 25-bed Stroke Rehabilitation Unit, ensuring safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. You will drive effective systems, support an MDT, and oversee operations to optimise outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour management of the Stroke Rehabilitation Unit with safe, high-quality care.

• Promote continuous improvement, innovation and evidence-based care within the ward.
