Job summary

Provide CIC is seeking a Band 3 Health Care Support Worker to join the Bayman Ward at Brentwood Community Hospital, delivering compassionate, high‑quality patient care to stroke rehabilitation patients on a community ward.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, health care experience, and excellent communication with the MDT to support discharge planning and multi‑site collaboration between inpatient units and community services.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent health care qualification.
• Experience in health care setting.
• Experience of working without supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience of team working is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support MDT in delivering high quality patient care on Bayman Ward.
