Job summary

Troon, a global leader in golf course management, is hiring a part-time Guest Service Attendant for Ala Wai Driving Range in Honolulu, HI. You will support the guest experience, assist in golf shop operations, and help with range setup and maintenance.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in guest services, strong communication skills, and a customer-first attitude. The role offers flexible hours and benefits eligibility where applicable.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in guest services experience.
• Must be highly motivated, goal-driven and a self-starter.
• Must have basic math skills and computer knowledge.
• Must have strong customer/guest orientation.
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be dependable.
• Knowledge about the game of golf preferred.
• Must have ability to operate a gas or electric golf cart.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional appearance.
• Process customer reservations for golf course guests.
• Provide fast, fun and friendly customer service to arriving guests to expedite check-in process.
• Arrange and display golf shop inventory as necessary and directed.
• Collects fees (and other revenue) from guests and processes in the register as trained.
• Issues receipts for guest purchases.
• Take messages for staff or guests.
• Assist in reconciliation of daily CC charges/ accounts receivable to daily register at the closing of the day.
• Assist with golf cart setup or washing after use as needed when picking range balls.
• Performs clean-up and closing procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Ala Wai Driving Range, located in Honolulu, HI, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Guest Service Attendant! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Compensation:

$17.50 per hour

Summary:

The Guest Service Attendant will offer friendly and expedient service to the property’s guests and assist the Head Golf Professional or General Manager in golf shop operations, merchandise sales and other golf‑related activities which may include picking the range, setting up/washing of the range area.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain professional appearance

• Provides fast, fun and friendly customer service to arriving guests to expedite check‑in process
• Arranges and displays golf shop inventory as necessary and directed
• Collects fees (and other revenue) from guests and processes in the register as trained
