GoldBug is seeking a Walmart Accounts Operations Leader to oversee day-to-day sales for designated business segments and improve sales operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and Walmart partners to ensure accurate reporting, inventory management, and order fulfillment tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5 years Walmart sales experience including operations, inventory planning, and order management.
• Ability to anticipate needs and proactively manage issues.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and retail sales operations.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination and communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ownership mindset.
• Confident leader who can drive meetings and strategy.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Experience handling large style amounts.
• Proficient with Walmart supplier systems (Scintilla, Retail Link, Nova, Item 360).
• Excel expertise (VLOOKUP, PivotTables).

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for Walmart replenishment and planning managers and daily needs.
• Serve Walmart buyers, build presentations, and present during sell-in season.
• Develop strategic initiatives and execute tactics with Walmart.
• Lead inventory strategy through Walmart allocation and forecast planning.
• Deliver accurate weekly and ad hoc reporting.
• Provide timely data, insights, and operational coordination for sales activities.
• Support cross-functional initiatives and hands-on problem solving.
• Act as a thought partner to Walmart team directors for day-to-day business.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
