Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in the CPG industry.
• Sales experience calling on retailers.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and cross-functional collaboration.
• Travel approximately 70% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead Walmart-focused coaching with ADs and DSMs.
• Manage weekly RSA communications and Cadences with Walmart Market Managers.
• Review and drive improvements in KPIs and store-level execution.
• Collaborate with Walmart Directors to improve processes and tools.
• Coordinate cross-functional market tours to identify selling opportunities.
