Description and Responsibilities

As a Retail Specialist at Premium, you’ll ensure Premium’s client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability. Your efforts executing retail merchandising activities will connect customers with the brands they love in one of the largest retailers in the world.

Responsibilities

• Locate merchandise in Walmart backrooms to place products on the floor.
• Stock and pack out products to ensure availability.
• Front face products for optimal shelf appearance.
• Receive and bring promotional materials to the store.
• Install promotional materials as per instructions.
• Build displays to showcase products.
• Use mobile technology to answer questions and upload photos of completed work.
• Represent Premium and its clients in Walmart stores.
• Partner with store management and associates.
• Communicate with your manager via email, phone, and text.

Success Factors

• Own your store(s) and build relationships with Walmart staff.
• Work independently while maintaining good communication.
• Effectively use communication channels and support resources.
• Complete tasks within set timeframes and follow instructions carefully.
• Must be 18 or older and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Report work done on the same day.

Tools Needed

• Reliable transportation to multiple retail locations.
• A smartphone with data and internet access for reporting and photos.
