About The Role

The Retail Media team develops industry-leading strategies, optimizations, and measurement of the retail media landscape. As an Audience Activation Manager, you will guide the vision and drive results, focusing on enhancing enterprise marketing return through retail media advertising.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow relationships with key clients, defining program objectives, tactics, KPIs, and communication.
  • Lead the execution of retail media programs across channels like CTV, OLV, and Display, including strategy, planning, and investment strategies.
  • Manage relationships with retail media networks and technology partners such as Amazon, Walmart, The Trade Desk, and others.
  • Collaborate with cross-channel teams to evaluate and optimize media strategies, identify test opportunities, and develop insights.
  • Support team leadership, staffing, and development efforts.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on retail media, developing strategies and staying abreast of industry trends.
Skills & Requirements
  • 6+ years of media experience, with programmatic buying expertise in channels like CTV, OLV, and Display.
  • Proven mastery of retail media technologies such as Amazon Advertising, The Trade Desk, Pacvue, and others.
  • Experience managing external partners and leading teams.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $79,000 - $132,000 plus a 20% bonus. Benefits include health insurance, 401k match, flexible vacation, paid travel, and more.
