Job summary

Responsibilities include end-to-end forecasting, analyzing POS data, maintaining SKU forecasts, and supporting S&OP with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or data analytics.
• Proficiency in forecasting software (e.g., SAP IBP, Logility, Anaplan).
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset; multitasking across accounts.
• Familiarity with digital marketplaces and long-tail retail accounts.

Responsibilities

• Forecast end-to-end for assigned Walmart accounts, including baseline modeling and adjustments for promotions and seasonality.
• Analyze POS data and portal reports from third‑party retailers to identify trends and inventory risks.
• Maintain SKU-level forecasts weekly and monthly, integrating NPI into the demand plan.
• Perform root-cause analysis on forecast error to refine models and improve accuracy.
• Utilize forecasting tools and Excel models to generate demand signals for the Supply Planning team.
• Update dashboards tracking KPIs such as forecast bias and consumption trends.
• Support the S&OP process with data-driven insights during monthly reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to incorporate account insights and promotions.
• Coordinate with Supply Planning to communicate changes affecting production and safety stock.
• Assist Finance by providing volume projections for monthly revenue expectations.
