Made by Gather is seeking a Demand Planner to drive forecast accuracy and inventory planning across its consumer products portfolio. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Planning, Finance, and Analytics to translate data into actionable demand forecasts for mass retailers.

The role requires strong Excel skills, advanced analytics, and hands-on experience in consumer products forecasting, particularly for Walmart, Target, and Costco.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in demand planning or supply chain analytics within consumer products.
• Experience forecasting for mass retailers (Walmart/Target/Costco) or national accounts.
• Advanced Excel modeling, large-data analysis, and scenario planning; proficiency in Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain forecasts across multiple time horizons, SKUs, and channels.
• Incorporate POS data, shipment history, promotions, and market trends into demand forecasts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Planning, and Finance to align forecasts with targets.
• Lead SIOP/IBP discussions and drive consensus on demand plans.
• Support planning for new products, seasonal shifts, and retailer-specific needs.
