Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years in merchandise or financial planning within retail/wholesale.
• Advanced Excel proficiency with large data sets (pivot tables, lookups).
• Ability to build and maintain forecasts and retail ladders; translate data into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own Walmart account planning: forecasts and retail ladders for replenishment and seasonal programs.
• Oversee supply chain liaison for planning: allocations and escalation point for fulfillment issues.
• Mentor analysts and associate planners on planning standards.
• Partner with sales and merchandising to align targets with company goals.
