Campbell's in Rogers, AR is seeking a Walmart Category Leadership Team Lead to act as the primary category advisor and strategic partner for a major retail category. You will translate data and insights into growth strategies and partner directly with Walmart decision makers to deliver best-in-class category recommendations and modular execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of business experience with 5+ years Walmart category advisorship.
• Strong analytics using Scintilla, Circana, Power BI and Excel.
• Hybrid work in Rogers, AR; occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary category advisor to Walmart merchants and stakeholders.
• Lead category growth for strategy, assortment, digital and in-store shelving, omni-channel insights.
• Own category reviews, line reviews, and executive presentations for Walmart leadership.
• Lead, coach and develop Category Leadership Manager and Associate Manager.
• Set priorities, allocate resources, ensure best-in-class execution against timelines.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation adoption, and capability-building initiatives.
• Identify emerging trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Deliver proactive recommendations to improve category performance and shopper outcomes.
• Provide meaningful category analysis and insights.
• Lead modular planning, development, timelines and implementation quality.
