Structural Building Solutions is seeking a Wall Panel Designer in Thurmont, MD to design and detail wall panel systems for residential and commercial construction. You will read plans, analyze components with engineering software, and coordinate with sales and manufacturing to ensure accurate, efficient production.

You will collaborate with engineering and projection teams, applying load conditions per local codes and contributing to a learning-oriented, professional team culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of wall panel design experience
• Proficiency with MiTek wall panel software
• Experience with multifamily project design
• Experience reviewing design work for accuracy and compliance

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality wall panel systems for residential and commercial projects.
• Read and interpret architectural and structural plans to create accurate wall panel layouts.
• Utilize engineering software to analyze wall panel components and ensure structural integrity.
