• Create wall panel layouts using engineering and design software.
• Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production and Sales to evaluate design concepts.
• Modify designs to conform to customer specs and production limits.
• Develop component documents for plant work orders.
• Plan and manage workload to meet productivity goals.
• Attend and complete all applicable trainings.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
