Job summary

Chief Industries, Inc. is seeking an electrical installer to lay out and install exterior electrical devices and crossovers according to blueprints and project quotes. The role may require some rework of the home to meet specifications.

A high school diploma is preferred. Candidates should be able to read a tape measure to 1/16 inch and use staple guns, nail guns, power tools, hand tools, measuring devices, and hoists as needed on construction sites.

Qualifications

• Requires the reading of a tape measure to 1/16 inch.
• Experience with exterior electrical layout and crossovers preferred.
• Construction tools experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ability to perform electrical rework as needed.
• Ability to adhere to plant rules, procedures and policies.
• Mark out walls according to the print.
• Cut in and install electrical boxes.
• Drill holes through walls and floor.
• Seal all exterior walls.
• Put installation back in walls.

Education:

• High School Diploma, or equivalent, preferred.
