Chief Industries, Inc. is seeking a full-time electrical installer to lay out and install electrical devices in homes, and perform rework as required.

The role involves building and hanging panel boxes, wiring to breakers, and sealing finishes according to specifications. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic knowledge of using staple/nail guns and power tools, and construction experience.

Qualifications

• Requires the reading of a tape measure to 1/16”.
• Preferred knowledge to use staple and nail guns, power tools, hand tools, measuring devices and related equipment.
• Construction experience and use of construction tools is required.

Job description

Layout and installation of electrical devices and performs some rework to the home in accordance with required specifications. Wire fireplaces and install conduit.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform the required procedures of layout and installation of electrical devices.
• Perform electrical rework as needed
• Build and hang panel boxes according to specifications.
• Install wires to panel box and staple, then put connectors on wires.
• Install metal plate at floor.
• Install and label wires to breakers.
• Seal marriage walls after roof set.

Education:

• High School Diploma, or equivalent, preferred.
