Aufgaben

• Handle transactions with customers using cash drawers.
• Collect payments whether in cash, check, or credit/debit cards.
• Enter transactions into accounts receivable system, cash register or cash receipt journal/log.
• Count the cash and submit the cash & supporting documentation at the end of their shift.
• Issue receipts, refunds, change, and/or transponders.
• Resolve any program or service-related issues, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
• Review physical documentation and scan and upload documentation as needed.
• Account establishment and management.
• Maintain/update customer account information as requested using the back-office system (BOS) interface.
• Handle disputes and escalations as needed.
• Communicate account information and program information to WUC visitors
