Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and cash handling.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage transactions with customers using cash draws.
• Collect payments in cash, check, or cards.
• Enter transactions into BOS or cash register systems.
• Count cash and reconcile at end of shift.
• Issue receipts, refunds and transponders as needed.
• Resolve program or service issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Review and scan/upload documentation as required.
• Maintain and update customer account information.
