You will assist the store team across roles, handle transactions, donate sorting, and support eCommerce preparation while ensuring a clean, welcoming sales floor.

The position highlights flexibility across duties such as cashiering, donation intake, and store operations, with a strong emphasis on customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Rings up customer orders, maintains a balanced drawer, and follows cash handling procedures.
• Sorts products for quality and value; tags and hangs textiles or wares.
• Accepts donations, sorts products, and keeps the backroom organized and labeled.
• Develops basic eCommerce processes and packs items for ClickGoodwill shipments.
• Scans books and determines disposition for ClickGoodwill or in-store display.
• Checks racks and carts for quality; maintains clean, organized sales floor.
• Loads/unloads trucks and operates pallet jack and related equipment as needed.
