Devereux is hosting a Walk-In Wednesday hiring event for Direct Support Professional (DSP) positions in West Chester, PA. On-the-spot interviews run 10:00 AM–2:00 PM on November 18, 2026. Bring a resume and expect interviews for various shifts, with sign-on bonuses for full- and part-time roles.

Compensation ranges from $17.50 to $23.05 per hour, plus a shift differential of $2/hour from 2 PM to 11 PM. Opportunities for training, development, and benefits eligibility after 30 days are noted.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in one of the specified fields is required.
• Education Evaluation required if education was obtained outside the U.S.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Prior experience working with children in behavioral health preferred.
