Job summary

Devereux Pennsylvania Children's Services (DPACS) invites you to a Walk-In Wednesday event in West Chester, PA. Direct Support Professional (DSP) roles offer on-the-spot interviews with immediate consideration for hire. Bring your resume and be prepared to interview on site.

Shifts include 7am-3pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-8am, with a schedule that provides one weekday off and one weekend day. A sign-on bonus applies; see details at the event.

Qualifications

• EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in one of the listed fields is required.
• AGE: Candidates must be at least 21 years of age.
• EXPERIENCE: Prior experience with children in behavioral health is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety by supervising individuals in care at all times.
• Engage in daily ADLs, recreational and social activities to promote growth and independence.
• Coach and redirect inappropriate behaviors with supportive communication.
• Implement individualized treatment plan goals in collaboration with the clinical team.
