Prime Response, Inc. is seeking a full-time Customer Service Window Representative in Philadelphia, PA. The role supports the Philadelphia Parking Authority contract under Verra Mobility, handling walk-in customers, payments, and inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.

The ideal candidate offers strong communication, detail orientation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with contract requirements.

Formación

• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior customer service, office, clerical, cashiering, call center, or administrative experience preferred.
• Experience handling payments or reconciling transactions is preferred.
• Able to train and support backup personnel performing window duties.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional customer service at the walk-in service window.
• Assist customers with violation-related questions and payments.
• Process payments including cash, checks, money orders, and credit cards.
• Reconcile daily payment activity accurately.
• Support cross-trained staff during staffing absences.
• Gather information from customers to research and resolve inquiries.
• Use web-based systems and internal tools to review and update data.
• Enter, edit, verify, and proofread customer and violation data.
• Open, scan, review, and process inbound customer correspondence.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle customer information per contract requirements.
