Job summary

SeeAbility is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker for our Honiton, UK based supported living home. You’ll help residents with daily routines, plan activities, and build trusting relationships to boost independence and wellbeing.

The role is night shifts with guaranteed hours; employing training, a friendly team, and opportunities for career development. Driving licence is preferred but not essential, and UK work rights are required.

Job description

Waking Night Support Worker – Make Every Day Matter

Location: Honiton, Devon

Salary: £13.09 per hour (£7,147.14 per annum) plus benefits

Hours: 10.5 hours per week – One night a week

Driving Licence: Not essential

InHoniton,our supported living house features eight self-contained flats and one twin-occupancy apartment. Each has its own living space, kitchen and either a bathroom or shower room, alongside shared communal lounge and garden areas. We support people with learning disabilities and autism, including those who may also have eyesight loss.
