Job summary

Generations is seeking a Dietary Aide at Parkview Memory Care at Cherrywood in Oregon to deliver an exceptional dining experience to residents and guests. You will keep the dining room clean, provide prompt, courteous service, and adhere to standards for community operation while upholding the company Mission, Vision, and Values.

The role offers Full-time or Part-time schedules with 10-hour shifts, weekends/holidays preferred, and on-the-job training along with generous benefits including PTO,

Qualifications

• Current Food Handler’s Permit upon hire.
• CPR and First Aid certification provided upon hire.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dining experience to residents and guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and a welcoming dining room.
• Comply with federal, state, and local standards for community operation.

Job description

Dietary Aides at Parkview Memory Care at Cherrywood are responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience to residents and guests. The Dietary Aide ensures the Dining Room is welcoming by adhering to cleanliness standards and providing prompt and courteous meal service. Complies with federal, state, and local standards for community operation. Incorporates Generations' Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions with others.

Schedule

• Full-time, working 6:30 am - 4:30 pm OR 7:30 am - 5:30 pm (Three or Four 10-hour shifts per week)
• Part-time, working 6:30 am - 4:30 pm OR 7:30 am - 5:30 pm (Two or Three 10-hour shifts per week)
• Availability for weekends and holidays preferred

Requirements

• Current Food Handler’s Permit upon hire
• Certification in CPR and First Aid, provided upon hire
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
