Hartford HealthCare's The Orchards of Southington is seeking a weekend Waitstaff member in the Food and Nutrition Department. You will serve meals to residents in a timely, pleasant and professional manner, contributing to a warm dining atmosphere.

This part-time weekend role requires dependable teamwork, good customer service, and a compassionate approach to older adults. Reading and speaking English is essential, and you will maintain confidentiality of residents and staff.

The Food and Nutrition Department at The Orchards at Southington provides dining services to senior residents, age 55 and older, who live in the 90 apartment community. Dining at the Orchards at Southington provides the feel of being at your favorite restaurant with your favorite wait staff. We strive to go above and beyond to provide the best dining experience to our residents.

The Waitstaff serves meals to the residents of the community in a timely, pleasant and professional manner while maintaining a clean and orderly dining room.
