Job summary

Hartford HealthCare’s Cedar Mountain Commons in Connecticut is seeking a Waitstaff member to serve meals to residents in a timely, pleasant and professional manner. You will help maintain a clean, orderly dining room and support a compassionate, service-focused team.

The role commonly requires flexibility to cover vacations, holidays and weekend shifts. English reading/writing/speaking is essential, along with a respectful attitude toward residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Dependable, flexible team player with good customer service skills.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding residents, colleagues and staff.

Shift Detail: Kitchen is open between 6AM to 7PM. Employee will be used to fill vacations, holidays, weekends and open hours.
