Waitstaff – Mountain Creek

How the Waitstaff works with the Team:

Provide our guests with the information necessary to make a dining/drinking selections by performing a menu tour. Serve food/drink selections to guests and create an unforgettable dining experience .

Team Member Responsibilities:

• Be knowledgeable about the products and the services Mountain Creek provides
• Serve the guests selections in a manner that is consistent with Mountain Creeks policies and procedures
• Report all tips in accordance with company policies
• Serve to our guests our food products following all safety procedures
• Be knowledgeable about the techniques used to prepare our food and drink products
• Responsible for accurate cash and credit transactions
• 100% compliance with liquor and health department laws Perform other duties as assigned by your Manager/Supervisor
