Job summary

SNOW PARTNERS LLC is seeking a waitstaff team member at Mountain Creek in Vernon, NJ. You will assist guests with menu selections, serve meals and beverages, and ensure a memorable dining experience in a fast-paced resort environment.

The role requires 1-2 years of experience, excellent communication, and a team-focused attitude. You will handle cash and tips per policy, while complying with safety and liquor regulations. Must be 18+ and willing to work weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with information to help select meals and drinks.
• Serve guests’ selections per Mountain Creek policies.
• Report all tips in accordance with company policies.
• Serve food and drink following safety procedures.
• Be knowledgeable about food and drink preparation techniques.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Comply with liquor and health department laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your Manager/Supervisor.

How the Waitstaff works with the Team:

Provide our guests with the information necessary to make a dining/drinking selections by performing a menu tour. Serve food/drink selections to guests and create an unforgettable dining experience.

Team Member Responsibilities:

• Be knowledgeable about the products and the services Mountain Creek provides
• Serve the guests’ selections in a manner that is consistent with Mountain Creek‘s policies and procedures
• Report all tips in accordance with company policies
• Serve to our guests our food products following all safety procedures
• Be knowledgeable about the techniques used to prepare our food and drink products
• Responsible for accurate cash and credit transactions
• 100% compliance with liquor and health department laws Perform other duties as assigned by your Manager/Supervisor
