Unidine is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time WAITER/WAITRESS positions.

• Location: Saint Anthony - 2601 Northeast Stinson Parkway, Minneapolis, MN 55418.
• Schedule: Full-time and part-time; days may vary, including weekdays and weekends. Shifts from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirements: Prior experience in serving and managing cleaning responsibilities is preferred.

• Pay Range: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Takes food and beverage orders and efficiently delivers items to dining room guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promptly and warmly greet guests; take food and beverage orders following established steps of service.
• Deliver food promptly and professionally; maintain safe food handling and sanitation standards; assist with additional needs or requests.
• Demonstrate understanding of menu items and ingredients; advise guests on food and drinks; accommodate requests and note preferences; knowledge of diets and allergens as needed.
• Communicate with back-of-the-house staff to ensure correct order delivery and special requests.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills; remain flexible and patient with guests and staff.
• Handle tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for guests.
• Respect confidentiality regarding personal or medical information.
• Address complaints promptly and relay issues to supervisor.
• Set up and clean the dining area before and after service, meeting sanitation standards.
• Operate equipment like fire extinguishers, telephones, machines, and coffee makers.
• Collaborate with other departments during special events.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
