Job Summary

Summary: Prepare and serve coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items. Handle food according to HACCP standards. Interact with customers and staff in a friendly, courteous manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso orders using standard measures and recipes.
• Accurately enter orders into POS; accept payments.
• Replenish condiments, beverages, and supplies; maintain cleanliness.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures; follow HACCP standards.
• Maintain sanitation of equipment, supplies, and utensils.
• Follow approved recipes and production standards for food prep.
• Keep display equipment clean; serve food attractively.
• Clean equipment and workstation thoroughly after use.
• Greet customers courteously; address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Serve efficiently; prevent delays.
• Understand and explain menu items accurately.
• Assist in selling techniques and customer decision-making.
• Merchandise display foods attractively and serve neatly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
