Job Description

Position Title: Team Member

Reports To: Store Manager

Position Purpose: Provides customers with prompt service, makes high-quality beverages and products, and maintains a clean, comfortable store environment. Models and upholds Dunn Brothers policies, practices, and standards.

Core Responsibilities

1. Delivers excellent customer service by acting with a customer-first attitude and connecting with customers.
2. Provides consistent quality beverages and food products by adhering to recipes and standards.
3. Creates a positive and energetic atmosphere for guests and employees.
4. Manages cash drawer and follows all cash handling policies.
5. Assists with new hire training and coaching.
