• Location: Crestwood Manor - 50 Lacey Road, Whiting, NJ 08759.
• Schedule: Full-time and part-time; days and hours may vary, including weekends and holidays. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Prior waiter/waitressing experience preferred but not required.
• Perks: Willing to train!
• Pay Rate: $15.90 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Takes food and beverage orders and delivers items efficiently to dining guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly; take food and beverage orders following established service steps.
• Deliver food promptly; maintain safety and sanitation standards; assist with guest needs.
• Understand menu items and ingredients; advise guests; accommodate requests; know about diets and allergens.
• Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure correct orders and special requests.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills; be flexible and patient.
• Handle tickets and cash properly.
• Keep the environment clean, safe, and neat.
• Maintain confidentiality of personal or medical information.
• Address complaints promptly; inform supervisor.
• Set up and clean dining areas; meet sanitation standards.
• Operate equipment like fire extinguishers, phones, and coffee machines.
• Assist during special events and perform other duties as assigned.
