Minimum Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills.

Desired Qualifications:

• Previous comparable experience preferred.
• Create a welcoming environment for customers by answering questions and providing product suggestions.
• Maintain knowledge of store products and respond to customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.
• Prepare beverages according to recipes and standards, using proper equipment; handle transactions following best practices.
• Offer product samples to introduce new items and inform customers of specials.
• Ensure the freshness and quality of products, checking sell-by dates and managing inventory.
• Use equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, slicers, ovens, espresso machines, and blenders safely and effectively.
• Label, stock, and inventory merchandise; report discrepancies to management.
• Stay informed about current and upcoming promotions and advertisements.
• Follow safety procedures, adhere to food safety regulations, and report safety issues or accidents.
• Perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
