This role pays an hourly rate of $15, plus tips.

Ensemble Arts Philly hosts a wide variety of genres including Broadway, comedy, theater, jazz, dance, and family presentations across three iconic venues: the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts, the Academy of Music, and the Miller Theater.

Responsibilities:

1. Preparing and serving hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, and teas.
2. Operating espresso machines and other brewing equipment to create quality beverages.
3. Ensuring consistent drink quality and presentation.
4. Providing prompt, friendly customer service and educating customers on the menu and coffee beans.
5. Knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and espresso techniques.
6. Excellent customer service skills and engaging with customers to ensure satisfaction.
7. Attention to detail and presentation to create visually appealing drinks.
8. Managing multiple orders efficiently to ensure prompt service.
9. Proficiency in cash handling and using POS systems for transactions.
10. Maintaining a clean and hygienic workspace for safety and health.
11. Collaborating effectively with coworkers in a fast-paced environment.
