Job Title: Barista

Morrison Healthcare is hiring immediately for full and part-time Barista positions at Tower Health, 140 Nutt Road, Phoenixville, PA 19460. Online applications are accepted only.

Requirements: Prior barista experience is necessary.

Pay Range: $15.00 to $18.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Make and serve coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items. Handle food according to HACCP standards. Interact with customers and staff courteously.

Essential Duties

1. Prepare espresso orders and use standard recipes.
2. Accurately enter orders into POS; accept payments.
3. Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness.
4. Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures.
5. Maintain sanitation of equipment and work area.
6. Follow recipes and standards for food prep.
7. Keep display equipment clean and attractive.
8. Clean workstation before leaving.
9. Greet and interact courteously with customers.
10. Serve efficiently, ensuring no delays.
11. Understand and explain menu items.
12. Assist in selling and customer decision-making.
13. Merchandise display foods attractively.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.
