Job summary

Brookridge A Thrive More Community in North Carolina is seeking a Part-Time Server to join our dining team. You will greet residents and guests, take orders, deliver food and drinks, bus and sanitize tables, and help set up/clean the dining area.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months to 1 year experience
• Available to work in Independent Living or Assisted Living

Responsibilities

• Provide all aspects of dining room service to Independent Living area residents and their families/guests in a traditional restaurant-style environment.
• Interact with residents and their guests during meals to build rapport and deliver exceptional service (greeting, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, bussing tables, sanitizing assigned areas).
• Assist with opening/closing duties and conduct deep cleaning of the dining area as needed.

We're currently recruiting for Part-Time Server positions near Asheville! You'll join a supportive work environment and enjoy meals provided during your shift. Responsibilities of the role involve all aspects of dining room service, including greeting customers, taking orders, delivering food/drinks, bussing and sanitizing tables. The ideal candidate will have a service-mindedness and enjoy interacting with residents and their guests.

Schedule:

• OPEN AVAILABILITY for both morning shifts and evening shifts
• NOT A SET SCHEDULE
  • 6:45am-8pm

Responsibilities:

• Provide all aspects of dining room service to Independent Living area residents and their families/guests in a traditional restaurant-style environment.

• Interact and build rapport with residents/diners and their guests during meals. Dining areas are not officially open to the public outside of guests.

• Provide exceptional service to diners while greeting and taking orders, delivering food and beverages, bussing tables, and sanitizing assigned areas.

• Additional tasks include setting up the dining room space, performing opening and closing duties, and conducting deep cleaning of the dining area as needed.
