Job summary

Ardenwoods, in Arden, is seeking a Part-Time Server to join a resident-focused dining team. You will provide full dining room service to Independent Living residents and their families, greeting guests, taking orders, delivering meals, and bussing tables in a traditional restaurant setting.

The role includes opening/closing duties, deep cleaning, and opportunities for overtime. Evening and weekend shifts are required, with meals provided during shifts and no late nights.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months to 1 year experience.
• Must be available to work in either Independent Living or Assisted living.

Responsibilities

• Provide all aspects of dining room service to Independent Living area residents and their families/guests in a traditional restaurant-style environment.
• Interact and build rapport with residents/diners and their guests during meals; greeting, taking orders, delivering food/beverages, bussing and sanitizing.
• Additional tasks include setting up the dining room space, performing opening and closing duties, and conducting deep cleaning of the dining area as needed.

• OPEN AVAILABILITY for both morning shifts and evening shifts
• NOT A SET SCHEDULE
  • 6:45am-8pm
  • WEEKEND AVAILABILITY A MUST

Responsibilities:

• Provide all aspects of dining room service to Independent Living area residents and their families/guests in a traditional restaurant-style environment.

• Interact and build rapport with residents/diners and their guests during meals. Dining areas are not officially open to the public outside of guests.

• Provide exceptional service to diners while greeting and taking orders, delivering food and beverages, bussing tables, and sanitizing assigned areas.

• Additional tasks include setting up the dining room space, performing opening and closing duties, and conducting deep cleaning of the dining area as needed.
