Job Summary

Responsible for taking food and beverage orders and delivering items efficiently to dining guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Greet guests warmly and promptly; take food and beverage orders following established service steps.
2. Deliver food promptly and professionally; maintain food safety and sanitation standards; assist guests as needed.
3. Understand menu items, ingredients, and accommodate dietary needs and preferences.
4. Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure correct order delivery and special requests.
5. Exhibit excellent communication skills; work well with others; remain flexible and patient.
6. Handle tickets and cash transactions properly.
7. Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment.
8. Respect confidentiality regarding personal or medical information.
9. Address guest complaints promptly; report issues to supervisor.
10. Prepare and reset dining areas before and after service, adhering to sanitation standards.
11. Operate equipment like fire extinguishers, telephones, and coffee machines.
12. Collaborate with other departments during special events.
13. Perform additional duties as assigned.
