Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and order management.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest relations.
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts, balancing multiple tables with efficiency.
• Experience in upselling menu items to maximize sales while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Familiarity with food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and basic math for cash handling and order calculations.
