Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in Houston, TX seeks a Wage & Hour Litigation Attorney for a specialist plaintiff-side Employment Litigation practice. You will handle sophisticated class and collective actions under the FLSA and related state laws, taking ownership from inception to resolution.

The role offers a base salary up to $225,000 DOE with a significant bonus opportunity and potential hybrid work after onboarding.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of litigation experience.
• Experience handling complex litigation, class actions or collective actions.
• Strong motion practice, legal writing and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage an active litigation docket.
• Plaintiff-side Wage & Hour or Employment Litigation experience is highly regarded but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage plaintiff-side Wage & Hour litigation from inception through resolution.
• Handle class and collective actions under the FLSA and related state laws.
• Draft pleadings, motions and substantive legal briefs.
• Lead discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations and settlement negotiations.
• Support trial and arbitration preparation with partners on litigation strategy.
