Responsibilities

• Litigating sophisticated wage and hour class actions and collective actions.
• Drafting and arguing key motions, including motions to decertify conditional classes.
• Preparing and defending depositions.
• Managing multiple litigation projects simultaneously.
• Conducting advanced legal research and writing.
• Partnering with team members and clients.
