The role involves high-stakes employment litigation, including California wage-and-hour class actions and PAGA cases. Candidates should have 3 to 6 years of experience, an active California State bar license, and a JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Litigate sophisticated California wage-and-hour class actions and PAGA cases.
• Draft and respond to initial pleadings and discovery requests.
• Draft and argue key motions to advance case strategies.
• Prepare and defend witnesses for depositions.
• Manage multiple litigation projects from inception through resolution.
