Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) licensed to practice law in California.
• In good standing in the state of California.
• 4+ years of Wage and Hour Class Action experience in California.

Responsibilities

• Drafting motions, pleadings, and position statements.
• Attending court conferences and managing discovery-related activities.
• Performing legal research and drafting employee handbooks and policies.
• Opportunity to build a comprehensive employment practice with firm support for writing and speaking engagements.
